Every now and then, a package takes a little longer than expected. These rare delays are outside our hands—customs checks, for instance, can occasionally hold things up. Since most of our products come from overseas, the journey to your door can naturally add some time, too.
If you decide to send something back, the return shipping costs fall to you. Those original shipping charges aren’t refundable either. When a refund is processed, the amount we send back will have the return shipping cost taken out of it.
The only time we step in to cover shipping is when an item arrives damaged and needs a replacement. For packages that go missing in transit or show up damaged, we can work with you on a solution—just make sure you send us proof of what happened. One thing to keep in mind: if a package can’t be delivered because the address was wrong, that’s not something we can take responsibility for.
How quickly an exchange gets to you really depends on your location. Right now, with the ongoing effects of the epidemic and varying policies from country to country, express delivery can’t promise a precise timeline. It’s a global reality that affects every shipment.
