Every order you place with Cleanserr is meant to be the start of something great. We carefully select our products because we believe a quality purchase is the foundation of a memorable shopping journey. Still, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. When an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our approach is simple: we want to make it right so you can continue to shop with confidence and peace of mind. That’s why we’ve built our resolution process around the real-world situations that can occasionally occur.
We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you encounter an issue, we’re here to help. Our return process is specifically designed for two clear scenarios:
If either of these situations applies to your order, you are entitled to a resolution. Depending on what’s available in our inventory at that moment, we will send you a replacement product. If a replacement isn’t possible because the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the total amount of your purchase. This ensures you’re never left without a remedy when a genuine error occurs.
A direct, one-sided product exchange isn’t something we can offer right now. This is due to built-in limitations of our ordering platform, which means we aren’t able to dispatch a different item on our own initiative. However, there is one specific exception to this. If your order was never delivered because the shipment was cancelled, a replacement can be arranged after you have a personal consultation with one of our support agents. In that case, we’ll work with you directly to find the best path forward.
Getting the process started is straightforward. If you’ve received a defective product or an item that is completely different from your order, the single step you need to take is to reach out to our customer service team. Send an email to [email protected], and we will provide you with the return address and guide you through the next steps. We’re committed to handling your case with care and ensuring you receive the replacement or refund you’re entitled to.
