Receiving Items in Separate Deliveries

When your cart contains more than one product, the shipment often arrives in multiple packages. This approach helps us keep prices low for you. Any items not in the first delivery are still on their way and will land within the standard delivery timeframes. The order status page reflects this process, so there is no cause for concern if everything doesn’t show up at once.

How We Keep Shipping Free

Our inventory ships directly from our quality manufacturers and suppliers warehouse overseas. By coordinating fulfillment this way, we access highly affordable international shipping rates. Those savings are passed directly to you, which is why we charge you absolutely NOTHING for shipping on your order.

What Happens with a Damaged or Incorrect Item

We are unable to offer returns for simple matters of choosing a wrong size or changing your mind. However, if an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, the resolution is straightforward. Send us a picture of the damage, and we will immediately reship you a new item. In the rare case that the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or a different item to replace it.
